Who we are

Planet Moonies is a brand of Hollywood North Distilleries, Sprucedale, Ontario, Canada. When this notice says "we", it means that company.

What we collect

• Launch list: your email address and, if you give it, your city.
• Bottle reservations: your name, email address, and the city or region you would like to collect in.
• Age verification: the date of birth you enter is checked in your browser and stored only as a "verified" marker on your own device. We do not keep your date of birth.
• Basic site data: standard technical information such as pages viewed, needed to keep the site running securely.

How we use it

We use what you give us to tell you when bottles are available, to manage first-release reservations, and to answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep launch-list and reservation records until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer needed for the release they relate to.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Requests are handled by Hollywood North Distilleries in Sprucedale, Ontario.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date shown above.
